Trend was founded ten years ago by Pino Bisazza, former director of an historic firm that manufactures glass mosaics, who wanted to introduce innovation into the classic world of Italian mosaics. Trend has since explored new materials, secondary elements and fresh tile dimensions, an approach that has taken its products into more than 50 countries, and in 2003 it acquired the legendary Orsoni furnace in Venice, famed for producing gold leaf and coloured enamels.
